Cruise Ship Half Day tour from Picton NZ
Shore Excursion Marlborough Wine Tour
Traveling by comfortable air conditioned minivan, set out to explore the Marlborough wine region
Duration
5.5 Hours
About
Explore New Zealand’s premier wine region on this tour from Picton . Visit four different wineries in the Marlborough wine region, stroll through the vineyards, and sample wines such as Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. This small-group tour is limited to 11 people and is tailored to the needs of people coming off the Cruise Ships who may have different timing requirements to our standard daily tours. Our tour guides are locals who love Marlborough and Marlborough Wine, and they will provide you with interesting and witty commentary throughout the day.
One of the stops on the tour is for lunch ( at your expense). We usually have time for a quick stop at the Boutique Chocolate Factory before returning you to Picton.
These tours are designed for Cruise ship passengers as we are well aware of your time requirements and we will ensure you are returned to Picton in time to catch the shuttle bus back to your ship. Allow @5.5 hours for this tour
What’s included
Visit 4 Cellar doors and the chocolate factory. Enjoy lunch at one of our beautiful winery restaurants ( at your cost, time permitting)
Please note
We are not able to come into the port so you will need to catch the shuttle buses that are put on to take you out of the port to the Picton I Site. The journey is only 5-10 minutes but the queues to depart the ship can be quite long so allow plenty of time so you don’t miss your tour.
